He holds a degree in Commerce with Finance and Business Management from India. His passion of learning different industries given him an opportunity to overlook the project for developing some of the Indian national compendium/handbook on various industries such as Synergy for Energy, Chem Expo, Indian Pharma Industry, Energy Who's Who in India, Building India Brick-by-Brick, few of them were inaugurated by the then President of India APJ Abdul Kamal, the then Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Prof. A, T. Florence - Dean School of Pharmacy, University of London. Vibrant Gujarat 2003, digital show case of Gujarat State government initiative to develop tourism and investment was conceptualized and developed by Hetal Shah and was inaugurated by the then chief minister of Gujarat Narendra Modi. He also served on the Board of Directors for leading pan-African IT service company Mara Ison Technologies. In 2012 while working as Chief Operating Officer of Mara Ison Technologies he has been awarded as an “Unsung Hero” for his contribution in establishing the legal, statutory, recruitment and banking framework for the business.
