Anthony Ekene Onyeahialam is a Business and Strategy Analyst. He attended the University of Lagos where he graduated with an honors degree in Pharmacology. He has previously worked in healthcare supply chain, health policy research and development. His professional interests lie in Management Consulting where he is focused on devising ways to constantly improve situations. He gained very valuable experience in corporate transformation, programme management and project administration while working with a renowned global management consulting firm. Anthony is an experienced environment and development awareness advocate who has served in a number of youth-led driven organisations. In April 2011, he received the award for the “Most Inspiring Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) Activist” under the United Nations Millennium Campaign. In January 2013, Anthony was selected alongside 14 other young Nigerians for the 2013 Class of the Carrington Youth Fellowship where he was part of the Sustainable Living Team. Together with his team mates, he proposed and implemented the “Clean and Green” project aimed at raising awareness on climate change and other issues around sustainability. He is an active member of a number of professional and development-focused organisations among which include the Nigerian Institute of Management, the Nigerian Conservation Foundation, ONE and the Malaria Society of Nigeria. In recognition of his individual and team contributions to the United States Government sponsored Carrington Youth Fellowship; Anthony received the Consul General’s award for the 2013 Fellow of the Year. He has very keen interests in creative writing, music and photography.
